“Sweet Home” is back with another season as Netflix dropped the official teaser for season 2 early Wednesday, Nov. 1.

“In December 2020, Green Home was overrun with monsters. Three years later, it's the entire world. The epic return of postapocalyptic monster action,” its caption read.

The teaser follows Cha Hyun-su (played by Song Kang) drenched in blood inside a trundling cage, hands and feet shackled by a chain.

“Are you the savior who can end all this?” a baritone voice told Hyun-su in Korean, seemingly implying the latter’s power over the cessation of the mysterious phenomenon of humans turning into monsters wreaking havoc in the country.

The teaser ends with a voice from a radio saying, “Commencing the first experiment on MH-5,” as Hyun-soo flashes on the screen, hinting at trials initiated following his monster transformation from the previous season.

Netflix announced that “Sweet Home 2” will be released on December 1.
