After making the rounds on social media last December for posting a group photo with Park Seo-jun and Han So-hee during the “Gyeongseong Creature” premiere night in Thailand, Filipina actress Maja Salvador surprised her fans with her appearance in the teaser video of the drama’s second season.
In a one-minute and 16-second video uploaded on Wednesday, the lead actors can be seen discovering the local actress wearing a prisoner’s uniform, which is the same as the ones shown in the Korean offering.
Fans have already speculated that Salvador will be making a cameo in an episode of the Korean thriller after the streaming platform dropped some stills from the newly released video, which the Pinay actress reposted on her Instagram stories, along with screenshots of messages from her followers.

As Pinoy K-drama fans get excited about seeing Salvador in the trailer, Netflix Philippines wrote that Park Seo-jun and Han So-hee took a minor detour before Gyeongseong Part 2 arrives on January 5, with a witty announcement to the fans that Salvador just passed by the Onseong Hospital.
“Sandale! Kalma lang kayo! Dumaan lang si Maja sa Onseong Hospital,” the description read.
The Korean thriller “Gyeongseong Creature” talks about the story of two young adult characters who are on a mission to survive and fight against a “monster born of human greed” in the spring of 1945, when the Japanese invaded Korea.
It will premiere on January 5 on Netflix.
