ABC released the season finale trailer for “The Good Doctor,” marking the series’ end after its seven-year run.

The one-minute trailer shows Dr. Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore) in his new role as a father to Steve while working his way through his usual rounds and the silent treatment from Dr. Glassman (Richard Schiff).

It also reveals Drs. Alex Park (Will Yun Lee) and Morgan Reznick’s (Fiona Gubelmann) baby suffers from a life-threatening cardiac defect that needs an operation to prevent heart failure.

“The Good Doctor” follows Dr. Murphy, a young surgeon with autism, as he works at the surgical unit of the prestigious San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital.

The American drama series was based on the 2013 South Korean series of the same name which starred award-winning actor Joo Won.

Joining Highmore, Schiff, Lee, and Gubelmann are Chuku Modu, Christina Chang, Paige Spara, Bria Samoné Henderson, and Noah Galvin.

The season finale is set to premiere on February 20.
