Netflix dropped the official teaser of “The Bequeathed” featuring ominous mysteries around an inherited family burial ground.

“Upon the bequeathing of the family burial ground, ominous events begin to unfold,” the caption read.

The 1-minute teaser follows a detective and woman who inherited a family burial ground from her uncle.

During her uncle’s wake, a half-brother appeared frantic as he lay claim on the inheritance before a series of montage featuring gunshots and blood appear on the screen.

The teaser shows Korean actors Kim Hyun-joo and Park Hee-soon as they unravel the secrets surrounding the family and the mysterious events unfolding in the area.

Created and written by Yeon Sang-ho from the hit series “Hellbound” and the iconic film “Train to Busan”, the new thriller series is set to premiere on the streaming platform on January 19.
