Netflix revealed the trailer for Thai romantic comedy “Ready, Set, Love” featuring an alternate world where the male population plummets to a steady decline, leading to a nationwide competition for women to find their one true love.

“When the world is running out of men, all ‘bachelorettes’ must come out and compete for their true love, Witness the fierce competition and swoonworthy moments with all the twists and turns, while the contestants try to win over the five most eligible ‘national treasures’ in this new series,” Netflix’s description reads.

According to Netflix, the parallel universe where men are considered “national heritag” result in women competing for men’s affection.

“Day (Kemisara “Belle” Paladesh), an ordinary woman, unexpectedly gets a chance to participate in this competition. Though hesitant, she plunges in and crosses paths with Son (Pongtiwat “Blue” Tangwancharoen), one of the five bachelors, leading to true love with a twist,” Netflix said.

Joining Pongtiwat and Kemisara are Man Trisanu and Lilly Nichapalak.

“Ready, Set, Love” is set to premiere on the streaming behemoth on February 15.
