P-pop Kings SB19 and the Nation’s Girl Group BINI are representing the Philippines at the upcoming ‘Billboard K POWER 100’ in South Korea on August 27, 2024.
The annual event in South Korea is meant to honor and celebrate the most influential figures in the music industry. Billboard’s K POWER 100 celebrates K-pop’s influence on the global music industry, spotlighting select artists within the Asian music industry.
The two powerhouse groups will be the only Filipino artists in attendance, according to an announcement by Billboard Philippines on Friday, August 23. They will be performing their hit songs, and are set to receive a special award that recognizes their efforts to catapult P-pop into the global scene.

Both groups will be receiving the Voices of Asia Award, for being the biggest and most influential P-pop groups, piquing interest from several people across the world.
“Whether it’s SB19’s history-making presence atop coveted music charts or BINI’s never-ending outpour of chart-topping, viral hits, the two acts have both individually and collectively proved that Filipino music deserves global attention,” Billboard Philippines wrote.
Billboard K POWER 100 will commence on August 27, 2024, at the Yeong Bin Gwan Hall of THE SHILLA Seoul, where various artists will be in attendance, including some of the biggest K-pop stars.
