Four people died after a car slammed into the back of a truck in Antipolo City on early Monday, Nov. 6., police confirmed.
In a report sent to DZRH, the victims were identified as Juanito Cataylo Magsino, 22; Kidrock John Magsino, 21; Lawrence Ivan Jose, 21; and Ereneo Balmonte, 22.
According to Rizal Police Provincial Office (PPO) Director PCol. Felipe Maraggun, the accident occurred at around 3a.m. when the sedan driven by Juanito collided with the truck going to Sta. Lucia Grand Mall.
The truck driver, Glen Gumban Cerebo, is currently under the custody of Antipolo Custodial Facility.
“Kung hindi tayo mag-iingat sa pagmamaneho hindi lang sarili natin ang iniligay natin sa peligro, pati ang mga taong maaring maging biktima ng ating kapabayaan,” Maraggun said as he cautioned the public.
