The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) is offering 23 short courses with five multimedia production courses for free.

In a Facebook post on January 19, UPOU announced that they have open courses that are self-paced which means learners can complete the course at their own time.

After receiving an email confirmation from UPOU, applicants can log in with the credentials provided to them and register for the courses they wish to take.
