The University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD) administration is adding more security personnel to the campus following a stabbing incident on Monday night, July 8.

UPD said that the stabbing incident happened at the UPD National Science Complex at 8 p.m.

"The victim was immediately brought to a hospital. The Quezon City Police District has now taken over the case," UP said in an advisory.

The university administration reminded the public to stay vigilant and immediately report anything suspicious to the authorities.
