Two low-pressure areas (LPA) and the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat will be affecting parts of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, according to PAGASA.

Based on the weather bureau's latest bulletin, an LPA was spotted 85 km northeast of Infanta, Quezon, and another LPA 125 km west of Iba, Zambales.

Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, Visayas, and the Zamboanga Peninsula will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the LPA and Southwest Monsoon.

This may cause flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Meanwhile, the rest of Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the Southwest Monsoon and localized thunderstorms causing possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The western section of Luzon will have a light to moderate wind speed moving in a southwest to southeast direction, while the coastal water will be slight to moderate.

Light to moderate wind speed in the southwest direction will be experienced in the rest of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, with slight to moderate coastal water.

The rest of Luzon will experience light to moderate wind speeds moving in an east-to-northeast direction, while the coastal water will be slight to moderate.

Sunrise will be at 5:45 a.m. while sunset will be at 5:52 p.m.
