Just a few days after imposing a limit on viewing posts daily, Twitter announced that TweetDeck will soon be accessed by verified users only.
In a tweet, Twitter Support announced that it launched a “new” and “improved” version of the Tweet deck.
“In 30 days, users must be Verified to access TweetDeck,” it said.
We have just launched a new, improved version of TweetDeck. All users can continue to access their saved searches & workflows via https://t.co/2WwL3hNVR2 by selecting “Try the new TweetDeck” in the bottom left menu.

Some notes on getting started and the future of the product…
Upon loading the TweetDeck for the first time, the social media application said verified users will be prompted to import their desired columns.
They will also be introduced to new features like buttons where they can save their searches, lists, and columns.
Verified users can also navigate full composer functionality, spaces, video docking, polls, and more in the TweetDeck.
“Teams functionality in TweetDeck is temporarily unavailable and will be restored in the coming weeks,” Twitter Support said.
To get verified or obtain the blue check marks beside their profile, users can avail of Twitter Blue — an opt-in, paid subscription.
This can be availed for $8 or an estimated ₱442 a month.
Users can also avail of the one-year subscription to Twitter Blue for $84 or ₱4,643.
