Thirdy Ravena will test his skills against European basketball clubs.
The three-time UAAP champion signed with BC Dubai, and will see action in the AdmiralBet ABA League, which features teams from countries in former Yugoslavia.
In an Instagram post, BC Dubai said that Ravena signed a one-year contract with ith the option to extend for another season.
"We’re excited to see (Ravena) shine on the court as he starts a new chapter of his journey in Dubai," BC Dubai said in the Instagram post.
Prior to joining BC Dubai, Ravena played with the Japanese team San-En Neophoenix for four years.
Ravena also suited up for Gilas Pilipinas in various tournaments including in the 2021 Southeast Asian Games in Hanoi, Vietnam where the Philippine national men's basketball team won the silver medal.
