Team Kramer, comprised of Doug, Chesca, and children Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin, took part in the groundbreaking ceremony for their family's new house project.
Doug posted a video of the event on Instagram, which included each family member digging with shovels and Doug himself popping open a bottle of champagne.
"Our next house project. Groundbreaking and dedication day," he captioned.

The planned house, which will have three stories and a basement, will be constructed by Tier One Architects.
Since 2019, the Kramer family has been living in their current mountaintop mansion, which spent two years in construction and has an infinity pool, theater, elevator, office, gym, playroom, and a great city view.
It was last year that Doug and Chesca announced their plans to build another house as "a build and sell passion project."
Meanwhile, the couple has been married for nearly 15 years.
