<p style="color: #252525;">The planned house, which will have three stories and a basement, will be constructed by Tier One Architects.</p>
<p style="color: #252525;">Since 2019, the Kramer family has been living in their current mountaintop mansion, which spent two years in construction and has an infinity pool, theater, elevator, office, gym, playroom, and a great city view.</p>
<p style="color: #252525;">It was last year that Doug and Chesca announced their plans to build another house as "a build and sell passion project."</p>
<p style="color: #252525;">Meanwhile, the couple has been married for nearly 15 years.</p>
