Taylor Swift has expanded her Asia leg of the Eras tour with three additional shows in Singapore, making a total of six concerts in the city-state.
Concert promoter AEG Presents Asia took to social media on Sunday to announce the new tour dates for 2024, citing an "overwhelming response" as the reason for the addition.
In addition to the existing shows scheduled for March 2 to March 4, Swift will now perform three more concerts from March 7 to March 9 at the Singapore National Stadium. The supporting act for all shows will be Sabrina Carpenter.
Singapore will be the sole Southeast Asian destination for the tour, as confirmed by AEG Presents.
Fan registration for the general ticket on-sale has already begun and will end at 12pm local time on June 28.
UOB Cardmembers will have access to pre-sales starting from 12pm local time on July 5 until 9am on July 7, with a limited number of tickets available.
General ticket sales will commence at 12pm local time on July 7 through Ticketmaster, exclusively for access code holders.
“We encourage all fans to register now until 28 June, 12pm (SGT), including UOB Cardmembers, for a chance to purchase tickets during the General On-sale,” the promoter said.
Each buyer is limited to purchasing a maximum of four tickets. It is important to note that illegally resold tickets may be invalidated, resulting in refusal of entry. The ticket prices are yet to be announced.
Prior to her Singapore shows, Taylor Swift will also perform in Japan from February 7 to February 10 at the Tokyo Dome. But Sabrina Carpenter will not be present in these dates.
Swift's concerts in Singapore are part of international tour dates announced last week.
