Concert promoter Live Nation Philippines received criticisms from Filipino CARATs, K-pop boy group Seventeen's fandom, after what they tagged as an "unorganized and traumatizing" 'Be The Sun' concert last December 17 at Philippine Arena in Bulacan.
CARATs expressed dismay over falling metal poles, disoriented ushers, expensive tickets particularly, and other issues.

They can't help but compare BeTS concerts in other countries including Jakarta with a smooth flow and organized program.
Due to this, other K-pop fans already distrust the company and have pleaded with Korean entertainment to choose other event organizers.
However, Live Nation PH has numerous upcoming big events including BLACKPINK's BORN PINK concert, ITZY's CHECKMATE concert, and TREASURE's HELLO concert, all slated in the first half of 2023.
