A sport utility vehicle (SUV) quickly sped away after being apprehended by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) at the exclusive Edsa Bus Carousel on Wednesday, May 8.

According to RH Val Gonzales' report, the Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation (SAICT) apprehended the SUV with a diplomat plate number on the northbound of the Ortigas bus station.
Based on MMDA's CCTV footage, the black SUV slightly stopped, but instead of obeying and acknowledging the authorities, it went straight to Santolan, Pasig.
The SAICT and MMDA called on the Land Transportation Office to identify the owner of the vehicle; therefore, a show cause order can be issued.
