After departing from SM Entertainment, their home for over 17 years, Super Junior members Donghae and Enhyuk finally co-founded their own label, ODE Entertainment.
The two officially announced their new label on September 1, saying that both of them would serve as co-CEOs of ODE.
With this, not only Eunhyuk and Donghae will serve as the head of the agency, but they will be accompanied by Super Junior’s longtime manager and family member, Won Yong Sun.
Despite having their own label, the members will continue to maintain their partnership with SM Entertainment for all activities with Super Junior.
On July 14, SM Entertainment officially announced the departure of Super Junior’s D&E as well as Kyuhyun, saying that the three did not renew their contracts and decided to pursue individual activities.
As Donghae and Eunhyuk established their own labels, Kyuhyun, on the other hand, signed an exclusive contract with Antenna for his solo activities.
Donghae and Eunhyuk debuted as Super Junior’s sub-unit in 2011 with their single "Oppa Oppa.
The two are slated to come back to Manila for their fan meet "Delight Party" on September 30 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
