The Social Security System (SSS) has officially rolled out a 4-day workweek, encouraging members and pensioners to access its services online for safer and more convenient transactions.
Through its website (www.sss.gov.ph), the My.SSS portal, and the My.SSS mobile app, users can now check contributions, submit loan applications, and inquire about benefits without visiting a branch.
SSS assured the public that all services remain available through shifting work schedules: the Main Office operates onsite from Tuesday to Friday and remotely on Mondays, while the Makati Office is onsite from Monday to Thursday and remote on Fridays.
The agency said the 4-day workweek is part of its support for the government’s energy conservation efforts, allowing flexible work arrangements for employees without disrupting public service.
