

Actor Jung Eun-woo passed away on Wednesday, February 11, at 39, South Korean media outlets confirmed.
According to Star News, the exact cause of Jung’s death was not disclosed to the public. However, speculation surrounding the actor’s death quickly surfaced, specifically Jung’s Instagram post of the late Leslie Chung and Amy Winehouse.
The translation for the said post reads: “missing, envy, regretting.” adding “PIR.BG,” in the end.
According to outlets, Jung’s death came as a shock to many, with several supporters offering their condolences to the actor’s family, saying that there were signals but no one had noticed.
The late actor’s funeral is being held at the New Koryo Hospital Funeral Hall. The funeral procession will take place on February 13 at 12:00 PM (South Korean time), while the burial will be at Byeokje Sunhwa Cemetery.
Jung debuted as an actor in 2006 with the KBS drama “Rounding Off 3,” and appeared in several films and dramas like “The Man Called God,” “Bride of the Sun,” and “Memory: Manipulated Murder.”
