Everyone, the first-ever Filipino talent under HYBE Labels!

Sophia Laforteza has made the Philippines proud for consistently showcasing her talent, as she was announced as one of the members to debut under the new girl group "Katseye,” as announced during the live finale of the talent competition “The Debut: Dream Academy on Saturday."

Laforteza was the first contender to join the six members, and she earlier proved her amazing skills by earning the top spot in the third and final mission of the talent survival show, earning two votes from three judges after her final showcase.

The 24-year-old said that she worked so hard to make her debut and appreciated everyone for supporting her since day one.

She will be joining members Lara, Daniela, and Megan from the USA, Yoonchae from Korea, and Manon from Switzerland.

Laforteza will be debuting as the first Filipino artist under HYBE Labels, the home of BTS, NewJeans, and Le Sserafim.

On the other hand, Geffen Records is also handling Olivia Rodrigo, among other artists.
