Other transport groups will not join the weeklong transport strike and have announced their cooperation with the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP).

According to transport groups, the one-week transportation strike can affect commuters, businesses, and the economy. They added that this is not the answer to the program’s objectives of having a convenient service for public transportation.

The transport groups said that this is their way of carrying out their responsibility to give reliable transportation to commuters.
