A Pasay Regional Trial Court ordered the arrest of Filipino vlogger and actress Tonimari 'Toni' Fowler for allegedly violating cymbercrime law in connection with her "obscene" music videos.

Based on Pasay Regional Trial Court Branch 108's warrant of arrest obtained by DZRH News on Friday, January 19, law authorities are commanded to arrest Fowler, who has been charged with violation of Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code, in relation to Section 6 of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

"The bail for the release of the accused in this case is fixed at Php 120,000.000 [...] which may be furnished by the accused or bondsman in the form of corporate surety, property bond, cash deposit, or recognizance, to guarantee his/her/their appearance before this court as required under the conditions specified in Section 2 of Rule 114 of the Rules of Court," the warrant reads.

The "Batang Quiapo" star was ordered to wear one body camera and one or two alternative recording devices to "capture and record the relevant incidents in the execution of this warrant."

The charges were filed by the Kapisanan ng Social Media Broadcasters ng Pilipinas Inc. (KSMBPI) in September 2023.

In the complaint affidavit, KSMBPI stated that Fowler "exhibited lewd and obscene scenes or actions that are solely appealing to the prurient interest" in her music videos including "Malibog Pag Lasing", "FF", and "Masarap Na Mommy".

It added that the clothes, appearances, and actions of 30-year-old vlogger in the three music videos were "sexually explicit."
