Located in the lobby of the five-star hotel Sheraton in Malate, Manila, Manila Bay Kitchen offers local signatures and cuisine from countries like Thailand, Japan, Korea, and Italy. These are specialties wonderfully made by the restaurant's talented and skilled culinary team.

Food enthusiasts can bring their loved ones — their partners, family members, and friends, and enjoy Manila Bay Kitchen’s a la carte offerings and buffet for breakfast, pre-dinner happy hour, dinner, and Sunday brunch.

Some of the highlights of the restaurant’s international menu that you can look forward to are sushi, sashimi platters, and freshly baked premium pizzas.

Dinners of Manila Bay Kitchen can also enjoy the “Curate your own Pasta” section wherein you can choose the pasta shape and select sources of your choice including crab and shrimp Aligue, moringa pesto, and chicken Inasal-Alfredo.

There is also an “on the grill” selection where you can try premium fish, seafood, and succulent steak including Kurobuta pork and US Wagyu Striploin.

To complete your dining experience, grab the restaurant’s "Blanc", a must-try signature that is made of sweet Philippine mango and rich and flavorful sticky rice, topped with creamy coconut ice cream, thick caramel dip, and lady's fingers.

In an exclusive interview with DZRH, Executive Sous Chef Gibert Musngi said that all the food they serve for diners is made with passion.

“We always think that every dish that we create is for the family,” he added.

Musngi also mentioned that they do not only make food, but they also offer stories.

“We offer storytelling. You can have a story, from Asian to Italian cuisines. It’s not just part of the menu but it’s part of how we would like how to create the food and serve it to the guests,” he said.

Meanwhile, Sheraton Manila Bay Marketing Communications Manager Stephanie Cabrejas described Manila Bay Kitchen as not just an ordinary "presumptuous restaurant” but a place where “flavors and stories gather.”

“It is a casual dining that brings people together. It’s for you to gather and dine with family and friends. Casual dining but premium foods prepared by our culinary team,” she added.

More than this, she said the restaurant also practices sustainability as they utilize plant boxes for their cuisines and sugar cane as straws for their drinks.

According to Cabrejas, kids, who are interested in cooking, can also enroll in Manila Bay Kitchen’s interactive cooking session that are conducted every Saturday.

Breakfast buffet - ₱1,350 per individual

  • Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 10 AM
  • Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM
  • Among the foods to look forward to are Baked pastries, artisan bread, egg station, fluffy pancakes, a variety of cereals, and assorted seasonal fruits.

Pre-dinner happy hour - ₱1,800 per individual

  • Sunday to Wednesday from 6:30 to 9:00 PM
  • Among the foods to look forward to are small plates, gourmet salads, artisanal cheeses, and delectable bites

Dinner buffet - ₱2,800 per individual

  • Thursday to Saturday from 6:30 to 9:30 pm
  • Among the foods to look forward to are appetizers, main courses, pizza stations, savory meat cravings, decadent desserts, and fresh and succulent seafood options.

Sunday Brunch - ₱2,800 per individual

  • Among the foods to look forward to are breakfast classics such as made-to-order omelets, custom waffles, and crispy bacon, and lunch favorites including succulent roasts, gourmet sandwiches, and savory pasta.
  • You can pair these dishes with beverages like house wines, local beers, chilled juices, and sodas for ₱600.
