The shearline, amihan, and localized thunderstorms will bring rains over parts of the country, according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Monday, November 13.
Based on PAGASA's 4 a.m. bulletin, Bicol Region, Aurora, Quezon, and Northern Samar will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the shearline.
Cagayan Valley and Apayao will experience cloudy skies with rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon.
Ilocos Region, the rest of Central Luzon, and the rest of the Cordillera Administrative Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains also due to the northeast monsoon.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the shearline or localized thunderstorms.
Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong wind speeds moving in a northeastern direction, while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speeds moving in a northeastern direction, while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
The sunrise will be at 5:56 a.m. while sunset will be at 5:25 a.m.
