Shabu valued at ₱20.4M recovered in Samar

Samar authorities seized a “high volume” of shabu with an estimated market value of ₱20,400,000 on Monday.
Approximately three kilograms of shabu along with numerous drug paraphernalia were confiscated from three suspects identified as alias “Noel,” alias “Paul,” and alias “Matt.”
The suspects have been confined and will be charged for the violation of Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The interdiction operation leading to their capture was carried out by officers from the Western Samar Provincial Patrol Team, the Drug Enforcement Team of Catbalogan City’s Police Station, Samar Provincial Explosive Ordinance and K9 Unit, and other law enforcement agencies.
