Senator JV Ejercito has endorsed senatorial candidate and former Senator Bam Aquino, ahead of the elections in May.
In a Facebook video message on Tuesday, April 8, Sen. Ejercito highlighted Aquino’s dedication to public service, recalling the latter’s diligence as senator, from 2013 to 2019.
The following qualities, which Sen. Ejercito emphasized, resulted in the passage of several laws that greatly benefitted Filipinos, such as the Sangguinang Kabataan (SK) Reform Law–which Ejercito co-authored–and the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act.
This election, Aquino is pushing to increase funding for free college and better job opportunities for Filipinos, a sentiment echoed by Sen. Ejercito.
“Kaya pakiusap ko po, ibalik natin si Bam sa Senado, ang Senador na magsusulong ng mas malawak na libreng kolehiyo at siguradong trabaho. Senator Bam Aquino, No. 5 sa balota!” Sen. Ejercito said.
Aquino filed his Certificate of Candidacy under the newbie political party, Katipunan ng Nagkakaisang Pilipino (KNP) in October last year, after serving as the campaign manager for former Vice President Leni Robredo’s Presidential campaign.
