American singer and producer Selena Gomez thrilled her fans and supporters with her much-awaited comeback in the music industry.
On her Instagram account on Friday, the 31-year-old singer broke the news that she will be releasing her comeback single called "Single Soon" next Friday, August 25.
"Y’all have been asking for new music for a while. Since I’m not quite done with SG3, I wanted to put out a fun little song I wrote a while back that’s perfect for the end of summer. SINGLE SOON. August 25th," she captioned.
Selena said fans and supporters can pre-save the music on international music platforms Spotify and Apple Music, and a limited edition 7” vinyl.

The singer posted the single's cover art where she is fiercely sitting in the car's backseat while she dons a pink glittery dress with a grey shaggy jacket on top.
She also shared Polaroid photos showing the behind-the-scenes of her single's cover shoot.
Selena also hinted at what "Single Soon" is about by posting a short quote in one of her Instagram stories. The quote stated, "Don't settle for being someone's sometimes".
The singer said that her new album is currently in the works. Once released, this will be her fourth album following "Rare" which was dropped in 2020.
