The search and rescue mission for the four rescuers who went missing in Cagayan has resumed, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) announced.
In a statement, the PCG said Coast Guard Aviation Force (CGAF) utilized CGH-1451 in conducting a search and rescue (SAR) mission.

According to Coast Guard, the rescuers vanished in Cagayan River while en route to save the MTUG Iroquois captain, who had suffered a heart attack due to Super Typhoon Egay, last July 26.
The rescuers' aluminum boat was <a href="https://www.dzrh.com.ph/post/marina-confirms-captain-of-capsized-boat-has-no-license" target="_blank" rel="noopener">found </a>on July 30 in the vicinity of Barangay Fuga in Aparri, Cagayan.
