The Philippines settled for a silver medal finish in the women's 3x3 basketball tournament in the 2023 Southeast Asian Games.

The Filipinas failed regain the title after losing to Vietnam, 21-16, on Sunday, May 7, at the Morodok Techo Elephant Hall in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Afril Bernardino scored eight points to pace the Gilas Pilipinas 3x3 Women squad, which also includes Jack Animam, Janine Pontejos, and Mikka Cacho

Thao Vy Truong scored 10 points and her sister Tao My Truong added seven points for the Vietnamese squad to seize the gold medal.
