Scott Samuel "Scooter" Braun on Tuesday has been confirmed as the sole CEO of HYBE America.

Braun shared HYBE America's co-CEO title alongside Lenzo Yoon, right after HYBE acquire Ithaca Holdings in April 2021.

With such, a 100% stake in Ithaca and its assets was given to HYBE, which includes management over artists like Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, among others.

Back in May 2020, Yoon became the global CEO prior to being named HYBE America's co-CEO in July 2021.
