SB19 has retained its name and logo following an “amicable agreement” with former label ShowBT Philippines Corp, according to a statement by 1Z Entertainment.
“We formally announce that we have come to an amicable agreement with ShowBT Philippines Corp. through a fair and equitable resolution,” SB19’s new label 1Z Entertainment said on Tuesday, Dec. 5.
The label thanked A’Tins (the group’s official fandom name) for their relentless support of SB19.
“Thank you for your patience and unwavering support towards SB19 and 1Z Entertainment,” it said.
“Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin eagerly anticipate reconnecting with all of you in their upcoming endeavors. We can’t wait to see you all again soon,” it added.
1Z Entertainment is the group’s agency, with Pablo serving as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). They have been managing their activities since then.
ShowBT Philippines earlier prohibited the quintet from using the group’s name and logo, prompting the speculations that this caused the sudden cancellation of their PAGTATAG! World tour in Bangkok, Singapore, and Dubai.
