Even though nothing has been confirmed yet about her separation from actor Richard Gutierrez, Sarah Lahbati unveiled her new home to embark on new beginnings this year.
In her Instagram account, Lahbati shared a glimpse of her new place, saying that she is looking for an interior designer she can work with since her house is still unfurnished.

It can be recalled that Lahbati and Gutierrez have already unfollowed each other on Instagram; however, the two have yet to speak about their rumored separation.
Meanwhile, the Kapamilya actor earlier sparked dating allegations with actress Barbie Imperial after being spotted arriving together at a gastropub where the latter is also a shareholder.
The rumor was then dismissed by Ogie Diaz, who said that no romantic relationship is going on between the two Kapamilya actors.
