In commemoration of the 20th death anniversary of Fernando Poe Jr. (FPJ), the Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (TODA) Federation of San Carlos City has pledged its full support to the FPJ Panday Bayanihan Partylist.
A Manifesto of Support, signed by the 86 presidents of the city's TODA chapters, was officially presented during a gathering attended by San Carlos City Mayor Julier Resuello and Dr. Brian Poe, the partylist’s first nominee.
Federation President Saturnino Sanchez read the statement, expressing their commitment to FPJ’s legacy and the advocacies of the Poe family.
"We love FPJ, we salute the laws and programs enacted by Senator Grace Poe, we feel the goodness and wisdom of Dr. Brian Poe, and we hope that FPJ's dreams and advocacies will continue," Sanchez said.
The TODA Federation also urged other federations in Pangasinan to join their cause and extend their support for the partylist.
This declaration solidifies the tricycle drivers' commitment to sustaining FPJ’s vision for the Filipino people through continued public service and grassroots programs.
