The song from Smith’s “In the Lonely Hour” album back in 2014 has been reintroduced with the South Korean star on Friday, August 30. Lyrics in Korean have been added for the first verse and first half of the bridge; Smith and Taeyeon sing together for the last chorus.
This new version followed one other with Alicia Keys, launched on the 2nd of August, which is included in the decade anniversary commemoration album.
Smith has also re-recorded other singles with artists such as “Stay With Me,” done with Japanese-American singer Hikaru Utada, and “Lay Me Down,” for which Smith teamed up with Brazilian artist IZA. He also made a version of “Like I Can” with Spanish star Aitana.
