House Speaker Martin Romualdez expressed his gratitude to the Filipinos after obtaining a high trust rating and approval rating again in Octa Research Group’s latest survey.

In response to OCTA's umass survey, which was conducted from July 22 to 26, Romualdez maintained a high approval rating of 55%, while his trust rating was 54%.

According to Romualdez, the numbers showed the trust and confidence of Filipinos in his leadership in the House of Representatives and the legislative agenda promoted by the 19th Congress.

The House Speaker said that with the support he received, he would humbly fulfill his duty as the leader of the chamber with dedication and integrity.

Romualdez insisted that his high ratings are a challenge for the chamber to pursue even more to address the issues and problems of the country for a better future for every Filipino.
