A group wants Vice President Leni Robredo, and Davao City vice-mayor Sara Duterte - Carpio to win the two highest government positions in the Philippines in the upcoming 2022 elections.
Albay 2nd District Rep. Joey Salceda, House Deputy Speaker Rufus Rodrigyez, and Zamboanga City Mayor Maria Isabelle Climaco-Salazar launched the Ro-Sa 2022 movement on Monday, March 21, in Cagayan De Oro City.
"They are good for the country, good for the economy, good for the probinsyas, and good for Mindanao," said Salceda, the national convenor of Ro-Sa, during a press briefing.
Carpio, the daughter of incumbent President Rodrigo Duterte, runs for Vice President in tandem with former senator and Presidential aspirant Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr.
