90s babies must have missed it so much!

Rock band Rivermaya reunited and set the “ASAP Natin ‘To” stage on fire, spurring nostalgia as they performed their 1997 song “Elesi."

The original band members, Bamboo Mañalac, Rico Blanco, Mark Escueta, and Nathan Azarcon, showcased their all-out performance with a rearranged version of the song, making the live audience jam to their feet and making it an unforgettable moment to their fans as well.

This epic reunion made the fans go emotional and grew more excited as the band is set to hold a reunion concert on February 17 at the SMDC Festival Grounds.

Rivermaya made their debut in 1994, which was composed of Mañalac, Blanco, Escueta, Azarcon, and Perf De Castro.

De Castro left the band in 1995, followed by Mañalac and Blanco in 1998 and 2007, respectively.

Up to this day, only Escueta and Azarcon remain the original members of the original lineup, along with Mike Elgar and Aiman Borres.

Meanwhile, Mañalac and Blanco continued going solo, pursuing and releasing their own music.
