Apollo Quiboloy, the self-proclaimed "appointed son of God" and leader of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC), arrived at the Pasig Regional Trial Court (RTC) today for his arraignment on charges of qualified trafficking.

Quiboloy, along with several co-defendants, faces multiple allegations related to human trafficking. The court proceedings will formally read the charges against them, marking a critical stage in the ongoing legal battle.

According to a report by Edniel Parrosa during Damdaming Bayan, Quiboloy and his co-accused left the Philippine National Police Custodial Center in Camp Crame at 7:19 a.m. They arrived at the court by 7:40 a.m., and by 7:48 a.m., Quiboloy entered the Pasig Hall of Justice.

Also present at the Pasig RTC was a witness known as "Amanda," who is set to testify regarding the alleged crimes committed within Quiboloy's religious group.

The qualified trafficking case stems from accusations of human trafficking and the exploitation of individuals within the KOJC organization.

On the same day, Quiboloy and his co-accused are also set to face another arraignment in Quezon City RTC for child and sexual abuse charges via video conference at 2 p.m.
