The Quezon City Police District will conduct a thorough investigation on the death of veteran Filipino actor Ronaldo Valdez, whose real name is Ronald James Gibbs.

In a statement, the QCPD said it is already working diligently on it to gather all relevant facts and evidence on Valdez's passing as it understood the importance of the matter.

It then extended condolences to the actor’s bereaved family.

On Monday, Dec. 18, Janno Gibbs, confirmed his father’s death through his Instagram post.
