The Number Coding Scheme, officially known as the Unified Vehicle Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP), is an initiative managed by the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA).

The program regulates the movement of both private and public utility vehicles on weekdays (Monday to Friday) by limiting their access to roads based on the last digit of their license plates.
