Pump prices due to rise by end of June

The Department of Energy's (DOE) Oil Industry Management Bureau said a spike in oil prices is to be expected.
The price of gasoline may rise by P0.85 to P1.15 per liter.
Diesel prices meanwhile, may have an increase of P1.50 to as high as P1.85 per liter.
Each liter of kerosene may cost an additional P1 to P1.10.

The forthcoming price hike is an effect of the of tensions in the Middle East and the war in Ukraine, DOE explained.
