Motorists will welcome the first week of March with a price hike of gasoline and a rollback on the prices of diesel and kerosene as announced by oil firms.

In separate advisories, Shell and Seaoil announced that they will implement a price increase on per liter of gasoline by PHP 0.50 while a downward adjustment will be for disel by PHP 0.40 and kerosene by PHP 0.35.

Cleanfuel will also implement the same changes, excluding kerosene which it does not carry.

The price adjustments will take effect at 6 AM on Tuesday, March 5, for all the companies except for Cleanfuel which will implement the changes at 4:01 PM the same day.
