Prez Duterte's 'Talk to the People' moved to Tuesday – Roque

President Rodrigo Duterte supposed Monday 'Talk to the People' address was moved to Tuesday, May 25, Malacañang announced.

In a press briefing, presidential spokesman Harry Roque said Duterte would be attending a Regional Peace Council meeting in Dumaguete scheduled on Monday afternoon.

"The President will be on Regional Peace Council meeting with Region 7 leaders. He will speak around 4:30 PM. Kaya bukas ang Talk to the People. Dapat ngayon, pero andito nga po kami sa Dumaguete," Roque said.

The President previously delivered his Talk to the People address last Monday, May 17 where he invited former Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile to discuss issues concerning the West Philippine Sea.
