Press Secretary Trixie Cruz-Angeles on Monday revealed that she tested positive for COVID-19.

"Ngayong araw, lumabas po ang resulta ng ating RT-PCR test para sana sa isang official engagement at lumabas po itong positive," she said in a Facebook Live on Monday.

Cruz-Angeles said she is asymptomatic.

"Sa kabila po nito, tayo po ay asymptomatic at magpapatuloy tayo sa pagtatrabaho habang naka-isolate para maka-recover," she added.

She also urged the public to get vaccinated and avail of booster shots to get additional protection against COVID-19.
