Four people sustained injuries in the said incidents, while ten were arrested, and nine firearms were confiscated by the police.

In a report by RH Edniel Parrosa, it was stated that those arrested included a PNP officer, a security guard, a Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) personnel, and several civilians.

The information and data provided are from PNP monitoring efforts conducted from December 16 to December 29.

A PNP official also previously stated that the PNP will no longer tape service firearms, a practice previously followed during the New Year celebrations, explaining that PNP members are professional and responsible enough to understand the consequences of their actions.
