PNP sacks PDEG director allegedly involved in ₱6.7 billion drug case

The Philippine National Police (PNP) has relieved PNP Drug Enforcement Group (PNP-DEG) director Narciso Domingo from his post following his alleged involvement in the ₱6.7 billion drug case in Manila last year.
Under Special Order dated April 12 and released to the media on Thursday, Domingo will be transferred to the Office of the Chief PNP (OCPNP).
Also relieved from his post is PNP-Legal Service (PNP-LS) Orfano Olaguera, and he is set to be assigned to PNP-DEG.
The order was signed by PNP Directorial Staff Chief Michael John Dubria in accordance with the command of PNP Chief Rodolfo Azurin Jr.

Earlier, Domingo denied his involvement in the drug case and stressed that his conscience is clear.
