Presidential Management Staff (PMS) Chief Maria Zenaida ‘Naida’ Angping will be taking time off her duties, Malacañang announced on Friday, Nov. 4.

“Presidential Management Staff (PMS) Naida Angping has asked to take some personal time for herself and her family,” the Office of the Press Secretary (OPS) officer in charge Cheloy Garafil said in a press statement.

She said President Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. granted Angping’s request.

However, Garafil did not disclose further about Angping’s status.

Angping was appointed in Marcos’ cabinet last May 30.

She served as the former Manila 3rd Congressional District Representative prior to her appointment as PMS head.

Angping is the wife of former Philippine Sports Commission chairman Harry Angping.
