An aircraft overshot at the runway of Palanan Airport in Isabela province on Wednesday morning, according to the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).
Citing a report from Palanan Airport Security and Intelligence Service, CAAP said the Piper aircraft PA-31-350, operated by Cyclone Airway, "experienced a runway excursion" in Palanan Airport at 10:13 am.
The nine passengers got off the aircraft safely, and normal operations in Palanan Airport immediately resumed at 11:23 am, it said.

CAAP said the disabled aircraft is presently parked at the airport's ramp.
According to the agency, it already deployed investigators from the Aircraft Accident Investigation and Inquiry Board (AAIIB) to conduct assessments and supervise the extraction of the disabled aircraft.
"The CAAP is also working closely with the air operator for the investigation and resolution of the incident," it added.
