Literally, “enchanting to meet you!”
A California-based Filipino nurse — a Swiftie — could be the luckiest fan ever after meeting the American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift at the "Eras Tour Concert Film” movie premiere on October 12 in Los Angeles, California.
In an interview, the Pinoy Swiftie named Arnold Uy said it was an unexpected experience that Swift would be around taking selfies and giving out autographs to every fan on the red carpet.
Uy posted the precious moment on his Facebook account, saying that he couldn’t believe to meet the 33-year-old singer, who also took his phone and snapped selfies, adding that his VIP ticket was signed as well by the 12-time Grammy Awards winner.
He also expressed his gratitude to the Taylor Nation for sending an invitation and for letting him through so he could interact with Taylor, which, according to him, was a short yet one of the best moments of his life.
Being a Swiftie for more than a decade, Uy could proudly and loudly say that he met “the” Taylor Swift.
“If there’s one takeaway from this, it’s to always hold on to your dreams. Life works in mysterious ways, and all you have to do is wait your turn,” Uy wrote in his Instagram reel post.
“Manifest, pray, and work hard for it. It has always been my dream to meet Taylor, and I can finally say that I did,” he added.
