However, with all the "budol" people can find online, K-pop fans must face tough times to save money for upcoming concerts to see their bias (favorite group or group member).
Saving money may not be that easy, but not for this content creator who managed to save up to more than P50,000 in an intelligent way.
RM Enrico, a TikTok content creator shared his experience through his TikTok platform by dropping P100 and P50 whenever his favorite K-pop star updates on Instagram.
He said that every time his K-pop bias posts an update on their IG account, he will drop the amount intended for that bias.
Enrico started the challenge in December 2021, dropping money into his jar with the names of his bias.
A P100 bill is being dropped in his jar whenever BTS members Jungkook, Jimin, and Taehyung, as well as Lisa of Blackpink, give an update while P50 for IG posts from Jinyoung, The Boyz, Hoshi, and Enhyphen.
After his saving period, Enrico managed to save a total of P52,450 which received positive messages and inspired his fellow K-pop fans.
"I DID IT. I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT TOO! Start this challenge this coming 2023! Who said K Pop can't help us?" he said.
